Kyle D. Hoskins

Educational Experience

Kyle graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelors Degree and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah's S.J. Quinney College of Law. Kyle received his Mediation Certification from the University of Oregon School of Law.

Professional Experience

After law school, Kyle joined Hoskins Legal Solutions. Kyle has represented clients in areas of family law, probate litigation, business law, bankruptcy, criminal matters, and in civil litigation.

In addition to his experience in traditional legal practice, Kyle has worked as a Guardian ad Litem attorney for the State of Utah and has managed a supervised parent-time program for UtahCustody.com. Kyle has served in the 22nd LSO as an Army JAG Officer representing soldiers in diciplinary hearings and court martial .

Kyle is an adjunct professor at Weber State University and at Broadview University. He coaches the Mock Trial and Moot Court teams at Weber State. Kyle also teaches a Family Law Seminar and a Solo Practice Workshop at the S.J. Quinney College of Law. Kyle has presented for the Utah State Bar on the topics of "Nuts and Bolts of Family Law," "Practice in Front of Domestic Relations Commissioners" and "Family Law 101."

Catherine J. Hoskins

Educational Experience

Catherine graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelors Degree in History. She then went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from the University of Oregon School of Law.

Professional Experience

Prior to being admitted to the Utah State Bar, Catherine worked for the University of Oregon's student legal servies. She also worked in Bangladesh and Washington D.C. Following admission, she worked in the area of estate planning and business law where she assisted individuals and other law firms in setting up their businesses. In 2003, Catherine founded Hoskins Legal Solutions.

Catherine is certified as a Mediator. She is actively involved in serving in the community and regularly volunteers at the Farmington Court doing protective orders, at various locations doing small claims mediation, and at the Family Law Clinic.

Catherine is currently serving as the Davis County Bar President. She was nominated by her peers for recognition as receivng a Legal Elite designation for 2012 in the area of family law. She is also a member of the Rex E. Lee Inns of the Court.

Bryan R. Baron

Educational Experience

Bryan graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelors Degree in English. He went on to obtain a Masters Degree in Public Policy from the University of Utah and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah's S.J. Quinney College of Law. In law school, Bryan received CALI awards for his work in Criminal Law and Business Law and was awarded "Best Oralist" at the Pace Environmental Moot Court Competition in White Plains, New York.

Professional Experience

Bryan has worked as a law clerk for the Disability Law Center, the Utah Attorney General's Office in the Criminal Appeals Division, and for the Institute for Clean and Secure Energy. Bryan is an associate attorney with Hoskins Legal and represents clients in the areas of Family Law and in Bankruptcy.

Bryan does volunteer work for Utah Legal Services and at the Farmington Court doing protective orders. In addition to his legal work, Bryan is a part-time special needs instructor at the Salt Lake Valley Institute.
